What do you do at Penk Insurance?
At Penk, I am part of the Customer Service Team who provide quotations and policies for our clients. I also help with the business admin side of things such as emails, post, and documentation.
What are your credentials/experience, for working in your position?
I began working at Penk in 2019, I started on an apprenticeship for business administration. Once I had finished the course, I decided to take it further and complete a second year here. I am now fully qualified in business administration and have also had a lot of training within the sales area of the business.
What do you like about working at Penk Insurance?
I enjoy working within our office with my colleagues, we have great working relationships which make the job enjoyable.
What are the values that drive you?
Providing great customer service for our clients.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy socialising with my friends and family and travelling.
